This 8-week workshop with Thern will teach body and spacial awareness, rhythm and phrasing, ensemble dancing and injury prevention through modern dance patterns and improvisation.

Thern Anderson started dancing at the University of Minnesota and has performed with Choreogram Dance Company, Spira, Oregon Dance Consort, and most recently performed as an independent artist with Marciano Silva dos Santos, Offleash Area, Lori Mercil, and Paula Mann. She has taught to all ages and abilities in Washington, DC, Portland, OR and Minneapolis, MN.

Mondays, 12:00-1:30pm

Session 1: February 3 – March 23
Session 2: April 13 – June 8 (no class on May 25)

Cost: $120.00 (pre-registration required). Drop-in students welcome ($15/class payable at TUDC by cash, check or card).
